for a former professor's birthday, a group of students decided to make him a birthday image constructed of letters we decorate. i was given the 'a' in happy, 'y' in birthday, and 'e' in dennis. this project has me inspired to do an a-z series. it was really fun to do.
the 'e' looks the weakest to me right now. there are some spaces here and there that need filling in.

Here's the half colored version i did today ^^;; Still need A LOT of work. Well this is suppose to be only the color study, I don't know why I'm spending so much time one it.

PROJECT: ALICE

This is my extremely ROUGH sample for the alice project. I still dont have the solid direction right now. I have 2 other ones.
Anyway, the orange boxes are what is gong to be the metal plate...etched and pierced XD and it reflects the more Victorian style. while on paper is the revisitation of alice in her more mature form in modern/future time. It will be the retelling of it.
Actual size i'm thinking will be 12x12 inches. per piece so it's the uniformed 10 pieces.
